5-year-old daughter experienced repeated physical harm at Kings Bxxx Gxxx School by two male classmates. The incidents involved hitting various parts of her body, including her head, feet, waist, and chest. The worst occurred when a metal scissor case was pressed against her face and eyes.

As a result, we transferred her to another school. Despite this, the school withheld our paid tuition fees and refused to refund them. Even after contacting the Department of Education, relevant government agencies, the Independent Schools Association, and a local member of parliament, the issue remained unresolved.

Thankfully, Klurshida from Northern Community Legal Service assisted us in recovering the withheld tuition fees and additional compensation for my daughter’s medical expenses related to the incident. Her professionalism, patience, courage, and exceptional communication skills brought a satisfactory resolution to our case.

Absolutely horrible treatment, had a return phone call in regards to me seeking advice on a few issues regarding property theft advice, vehicle theft advice and civil rights when dealing with police and the layer was very insulting, rude, aggressive and seemingly on the attack. Very unprofessional and horrible experience, my advice if you encounter these horrible treatments that you contact the judicial conduct commissioners office and place a formal complaint. Very unprofessional, neither the lawyer nor the interpreter. Made it clear on the appointment form that an interpreter was required to attend. As a result, there was no any interpreter present on the day of the appointment so the temporary interpreter did not have professional quality and could not accurately translate the content of the conversation at all. This was legal matter that needed to convey accurately. And this interpreter was judgmental, no empathy, and with an arrogant attitude. The lawyer even yelled on the phone late in the appointment. If you think that the answers to your questions misunderstood you or frustrated you, you should talk with the interpreter. I fully understood your questions and answered them. Doubt professionalism. waste of time. Not recommended

Sought advice regarding divorce and parenting plans.
My appointment was over the phone by a person claiming to be a practicing lawyer.
Well the advice given to me was actually WRONG.
And some key points she got wrong were basics.
In addition, she kept yawning throughout the call and was just generally unimpressive.
Seriously? Save some money and go and pay for advice.
I will not be wasting my time with these pretenders anymore.
This service needs to be examined by a regulator of some sort.
