Having to deal with an ailing parent is extremely stressful, having to assume the financial responsibilities just adds to the angst. Mitch met us at the care facility where our dad is and was a positive and cheerful presence as soon as he got there. He was very patient and sweet with my dad, helping him and assuring that my dad understood everything that was happening. He found a commonality (Alaska) to connect with him to put him at ease. Mitch made a stressful and unpleasant situation much easier and I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend this service provider.

Best notary experience ever! We needed a form signed that was sensitive in nature. I filled out the online intake form and heard back from Mitch very quickly. We discussed the situation and he communicated to me that he would be able to help us out. Our appointment was confirmed for the next morning. I was sent an email clearly outlining the costs, which were quite reasonable. Mitch arrived exactly on time and was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Such a great experience. Mitch was helpful, kind, thorough, knowledgeable and quick! I called expecting to get my documents notarized at least by the end of week but Mitch was able to schedule a remote session within a matter of 2 hours. Really appreciate it! 10 stars!

Awesome experience. I was under the assumption that UPS Stores did online I9s. Not the case. It was the final day I could complete one and I had zero people to help. Called Mitch and the I9 was completed with him in a few hours. They’re mobile, so I would suggest to anybody in the general Portland area. Well worth the money that my employer is reimbursing anyway. Win win!
