I’ve been a few times to the NSW Land Registry Services in Liverpool Street. Generally I’ve not had to wait or have just had to wait 5 minutes. Staff are very competent & friendly. They are really knowledgeable & helpful in their area of expertise - well done😀

I am here now and am compelled to write a review. I cannot understate how incredibly helpful the staff were today helping me with my various historical searches, they were absolutely exceptional. Particularly Rahatui he was just exceptional. If you need factual details about land in NSW just go straight to the source, I was delighted with how easy the process was.

It's a monopoly enterprise, they feel like they act whatever they want. The back-office staffs (Finance and HR) are unprofessional and extremely arrogant to deal with.

Extremely unhelpful. The only way to change your married last name on your rates notices is through NSW land registry who now don’t accept their name change form and say the only way to update their records is to get a solicitor. Medicare, Drivers License and passport updates all only require a marriage certificate. Why do NSW land registry need me to use a solicitor? Seems unnecessarily difficult.

I've dealt with David twice and he was fantastic. He was very polite and went out of his way to give me the help i needed concerning a deceased estate. I was quite astonished of the professionalism he showed and this should be recognised. More entities would be much better off with such employees as David. Hope his work ethics get rewarded.
