We used Oceanfront 6 years ago. It was a horrific experience. Everytime, someone asks who we would recommend it brings horrible memories 😭
They were representing both parties and told us that because they couldn't find both of the sellers we could pay the sellers rent from our settlement date onwards. This was without telling us our rights to charge them a fee. When we said we would do that surprise, surprise they found them and we settled on the right date. By the way this was all the week before settlement date and our removal and vacate was booked. I wrote what happened to us on their Facebook page but the company removed it. They only display postive reviews
