I initially dealt with Enrica and Elena. Both were fantastic. It was a very messy purchase, I think the sellers ex kept stopped the sale during settlement twice and trying to make life difficult. Elena dealt with it easily and made what could have been very stressful easy. Sebastian kept us up to date all through the process.

We had a poor experience dealing with O'Connor Harris & Co. We engaged their services in a Commercial Lease matter. At multiple stages of the process we were told they would get back to us in a timely manner, and each time they required prompting for a response. There was such a delay to review the document with no correspondence to either our party or the lessors that the offer was withdrawn. Ultimately the issues were resolved without the advice or assistance of solicitors. Then we were invoiced for professional fees, which included itemisation of 'all correspondence, due skill, care and diligence'. We do not feel this was the case for us. We can appreciate that staff can be unwell or have other reasons for taking time to complete tasks, but we feel as though the service we were provided was completed to the bare minimum and with a lack of urgency that almost resulted in a forfeiture of our business location.

Had a terrible experience when trying to organise the purchase of my property. The principal lawyer was incredibly rude to my parents, during our first meeting, snarling in my mother's face that she "didn't care" when we attempted to explain the dealings with the property agent. Her behaviour was inappropriate. Her response times were immensely slow resulting in her not including the extra clauses I wanted included as part of the contract despite me communicating multiple times. I do not feel she acted in my best interest and left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Her demeanour was not friendly or approachable. If you are looking for a conveyancing lawyer, avoid Ruth.
