My experience with this institution has been extremely disappointing. Their behaviour is insulting, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of care and ethics. I will be escalating this matter to the relevant NSW Government authorities, as such conduct is unacceptable and must be addressed

The woman who answered the phone was one of the rudest receptionists I have ever had the displeasure of being greeted by. I asked a polite question about accreditation, but was told to just "look at the website", which did not answer my question satisfactorily. Someone needs to remind her that she's a public servant - the accreditation body for NSW lawyers, no less - bound by a Code of Conduct, which is law, including part of her contract. How do such people get and keep their jobs? No customer service skills whatsoever. The excuse about rude staff being stressed in relation to COVID is over. The public service, in particular, because it is funded by public money, needs to up its game. We have no choice but to deal with these impertinent staff members.

This is a Government of Australia body which acts to register qualifying individuals to attain, prove and pass the desired legal status to get licence in doing Legal Practice in Australia. It is a special intermediary between University, Bar and Courts. The office building is situated in most posh area 9f Sydney and is running at 4th floor of building. The ambience is good and reception deals with the visitors in professional etiquettes.
