Appalled by the customer service, I was made to feel like a thief, I went to purchase a seniors phone , they didn't have one on display, to tell you the truth they didn't even know they sold them, I had to look it up on their website for them. After all that they finally found it, I wasn't allowed to look at it before purchasing, even though I gave them my purse with cash in it as well as my license mind you the phone was only $77.
I was told if I wanted to look at the box I had to purchase it incase I ran off with it!
I will never go back there the service is appalling.

I want to give a shout-out to Yusuf for his calmness, patience, and approachable demeanor. I went there to print some wedding invitations, and he was incredibly patient while showing me different types of materials. He truly went above and beyond to help me. In the end, we achieved a great outcome, and I am 110% satisfied—not just with the product, but especially with his outstanding service.

Went to get passport photos taken and my son's head is cut off at the top. Asked for a redo and got told "the system does that for us we can't do anything about it. We can redo it but there's no guarantee it'll pass. It should pass". Sir, it's clearly cropped off...which is exactly the words your peers at the Coburg officeworks said when I went to them to get the replacement you refused to do and they got a retake done without question and this time at least ensured my son's whole head was in the frame. You failed to acknowledge an obvious variable that might cause an issue with the passport office and were dismissive of my concerns.

I needed one item. There was no one at the point of sale. I waited patiently for someone to come. One staff member looked at me... he was helping a customer but some communication would have been nice... "someone is on the way now"... anything, but nothing. No acknowledgement whatsoever from him or anyone else until someone finally came from the back of the store. No "sorry for keeping you waiting". Nothing. Then takes the receipt off the printer like he's screwing up a piece of rubbish to hand to me! I'll be going elsewhere.

Went In the store approximately 2.30pm to purchase a charge cable waited In line patiently . One person on console while 4 staff members stood around chatting. One staff decides to come over and open another consol and asks who wishes to pay . The 4 customers behind me shoot over jumping the queue while I was left behind. The staff member didn’t care to prioritise customers who were first so I took my purchase and placed it back in aisle and calmly walked out not wanting to wait another 15 minutes.

Josh (JP) was the ONLY staff member to take the time of day to figure out why all the prior office work stores were printing each successive print of passport photos with ever increasing shades of blue. Before us he patiently helped an old timer print ONE picture from his phone. JP is a CREDIT to CUSTOMER SERVICE & the store needs to promote him & have him train the nearest stores.

And a MASSIVE shout out to KIM (the TL/Manager) who facilitated connecting us with JP, & who organised follow up passport photos a week later. Both of them were profoundly helpful, & deserve MORE!!! PROMOTE THEM BOTH.

I hardly go to officeworks due to the customer service.
🦴💀There were no customers other than me, but the staff blocked and occupied half of the lane 🚷 where I was shopping to find the diary.

I was waiting for the lane to be cleared but still occupied and didn't seem to be moving at 7 pm on Wednesday evening.
I would rather shop online and find it in Kmart.
Kmart wouldn't block the lane if the customer was shopping on the same lane or at least ask.
You are stopping us from buying your products✋️🚫⚠️

Also, there were only 2 other customers at the printing area, and 2 staff were dealing with them.
Other 2 male staff who were near me chatting with each other were just behind me, following, walking all the way towards cashier.
I thought at least one would serve me.

However, as soon as I arrived at the empty cashier, those male staff had disappeared⚫️‼️

5 staff = 1 blocking lane, 2 chatting, and 2 printing areas.

One printing side staff came to serve me after waiting for a while.

Is this why this officeworks store has no customers?
They are blocking the customer to shop⛔️🛍, stalking customers🧐🧐🧐, and stop selling at the cash register😨

Let products available to customers and 🫵stop stalking if you are not willing to help.
