To any veteran who is unfortunately requiring legal assistance I highly recommend this firm. The support and advice I have received from all the staff (admin team to solicitor), in particular Mrs Danielle Scriven, has been to the highest quality and at its core complete realism, factual, knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic and no fluff, which in my opinion is the best way to communicate with us veterans. They have the ability prioritise workload to help our veteran community save costs and also work at short notice when required which has been a major relief. I have been provided with invoices at a very manageable price and have been provided the options to request itemised invoices however, this has never been required because they are so fair, even with the high quality of work provided by them. I have been absolutely devastated by operation legal my entire case came down to money and I was refused any help based on the fact I could not come up with a $6000 up front payment knowing that I’m on a dva pension I pleaded to work something out but I was basically told to F off and Jacinta the woman that I spoke to treated me like a scum bag from the first contact she was quite rude and clearly did not care even slightly to hear my story because I’m too poor to bother with. I asked for an adjournment and emailed multiple times just to have the door shut on me by “operation legal” just days before my court date now the matter has escalated and I’m basically completely destroyed completely emotionally and psychologically thanks for your time Jacinta.

I finally managed to built up the courage to reach out for some legal assistance. Initially, I was optimistic as following my online submission I was contacted the next day by email and arranged a subsequent phone meeting. After the phone meeting I sent an email with my details to commence my matter... but after that I never heard back? It was kind of crushing to not hear back after reaching out, and it left me feeling as though my matter was unimportant/ not worth OLA pursuing.
