MMAA were recommended to me a few years ago when I moved into the area. After Covid my Tax was in a mess for the last few years and they tidied everything up and got me up to date. I was impressed with the way they handled everything and also surprised at how little they charged me to get it all done. Great service with a special thanks to Nick Moran. Nick has done my taxes for the last several years and I couldn’t be happier with his service and professionalism. Doing my taxes isn’t straightforward, as I have spent a lot of time moving back and forth between the U.S. and Australia. I visited Brian’s office to set up a self-managed super fund. Firstly I was blown away by the architecture of the office a truly beautiful and inviting space. I had been a very happy customer of MMA and Jeannie for over 12 years even while I lived in other states. However my dealings with this office over the past year leaves a lot to be desired and their service fees far exceed what I can pay in a city. After 12 years as a loyal customer I have found a new accountant who do not have a problem proving me with their fee schedule and who don't charge for every little query. To be fair, for the majority years I would rate MMA 4 star, however based on current experiences I am hard pressed to give more than 2 star.
