I worked with ORB Lawyers for one year and spent $10k to get no resolution with my property settlement. They continue to drag negotiations with the other party so they could continue to collect my money every time they ‘touched’ my file.

Despite asking Brenton multiple times to request a mediation to move the matter further, he kept saying no.

When asking detailed information on why they charged me in some items, not only did they delayed it for like a month; Nat O made mistakes that I had to pin point to him.

I am happy I changed lawyers to avoid bleeding more money out. My new solicitor has me in Court in 6 weeks since engaging her, gave me amazing advice and has listed my matter as urgent.

I would never go back to ORB Lawyers and would not recommend them to anyone.

Please consider never using for deceased estate matters. ORB Lawyers took over my father's will from a retiring lawyer. He took 8 months to submit an estate with multiple emails requesting updates from the accountant and family due to very very poor progress. Then billed us for replies to the emails and phone calls asking why every step took 6 weeks or more to progress. I have considered lodging a formal complaint to the Legal Profession Conduct Commissioner but do not want to spend any more time or effort on this unprofessional outfit. New lawyer had completed more complex submission in 6 weeks and despite being more complex, billed us only $1700 instead of the $2200 fee charged by ORB!

I am so impressed with Nat Oliveri and his team at ORB Lawyers. From the first phone call, talking to Nat's Secretary Daniela, who was so professional, competent and friendly I knew this was the firm I needed. She listened & answered to what I needed to ask and I made an appointment to see Nat.
He had the paperwork, had made several phone calls and was completely on top of it when I got there. Just so professional and so friendly and he spoke to me in a language I could understand leaving out all of the legal jargon (long words) that are hard to comprehend.
His team made phone calls, waited for emails, printed & scanned documents so Nat could finalise the matter that day so I wouldn't have to go back again.
So with everything completed I walked out of his office with the weight of the world lifted off of my shoulders!
His fee was so reasonable for all of the work Nat & his team did.
I have no hesitation in recommending ORB Lawyers for any of your legal requirements!
