Was a first home-buyer & more-or-less totally unaware of the settlement process when it came time to find an agent. This team was great! Tammie was tenacious in the pursuit of a good outcome for everyone. It was a simple settlement that when sideways quickly. All parties were in agreement but there were a few problems with the paperwork and some of the legal oddities surrounding our sale. Tammie and Orion Settlements hung in there for the many months it took to resolve, the whole time engaging with all parties, the banks, the body corporate, everyone!!! We cant thank them enough for the patience and persistence they showed in getting the deal done, they could have given up but didnt, they kept going, exploring all other options until the job was done. Totally recommend them, we will be using them again in the future.
