6/7/11/17 & 24.04 Emails to O’Sullivan requesting an update, acknowledgment and further information.
3/5/25 Email to O’Sullivan requesting acknowledgement and confirmation of whether they hold instruction. Unanswered.
5/5/25 2x phone calls, unable to speak to solicitors. Requested practice manager, was told no and hung up on. Phoned back, was assured the (Director) was emailing me “right now”. Wouldn’t provide directors name or contact details. Nothing received.

No subjective opinion. Facts are as stated. In my opinion, the above account demonstrates an unresponsive, unprofessional and misleading interaction.

Doesn’t change the facts contained in my review. Especially that your admin staff today advised that you were “literally emailing right now”.
