I would give 0 star for this agent if I can.
Went to this agent to perform a property transaction on 12th December 2023. Due to holidays etcr went to holiday, we expected the contract would come out on January.
It took to the beginning of April to get action.
We sent documents within a week or 2. We been waiting for a few weeks and gave them a call. They informed us, we didn't attach certain documents, however we were not asked for the documents.
The house owner had requested numerous times that the transaction be completed by June 30th. Despite reassurance a series of mistakes meant settlement occured mid July.
They charged the same amount of money but service was ridiculous
I wouldn't recommend this agent and will not use them again.
