I used the service offered by P&S to send a sorted of items to multiple locations. The amount of the cost was reasonable, but the most important thing is that their service is impressive and super efficient. From Australia to Taiwan, I received my instrument intact in only a few weeks because of their help with the professional packing. Not even a scratch is found on the instrument case.

Also, I am very grateful for their customer service team (from online and from the store in Canberra centre) because of their patience in the communication and their kindness in dealing with my difficult situation of picking up the items. Sanka was very helpful packing my two paintings to send inter state. Pricing was reasonable and I had no issues. The parcel was delivered on time and the staff delivering were friendly and efficient. I would definitely use Pack and Send again.

The best service you could ask for! We are currently live in Singapore and needed a few essential items we can’t get here sent up. And as these difficult times, we weren’t sure if we would be able to get anything out of Canberra sent to Singapore But as usual Ilch & Sanka made it happen and our package arrived in 4 days. Very polite and accommodating staff. Took possession of object, assured me proper packaging of object would be done and advised me of a reasonable delivery date.
Was sent from Canberra, A.C.T. Australia to the other side of the world during Christmas, the busiest time of the year. The package arrived in Atlanta, Georgia. U.S.A. on the exact date I was told it would, Dec 28th 2023.
