I believe choosing Chang-min Park of Park & Co. as my lawyer was the best decision. If you're seeking a lawyer who will give you their full focus, I would highly recommend Lawyer Park. My partner visa case was extremely complicated due to past failures with immigration agent, resulting in visa refusals. My case had already been in the appeal process for three years. Shortly after I contracted with Lawyer Park in May 2023, he found out I received a final document submission notice from the AAT already. Despite this tight timeline(14 days), all documents and submissions were handled smoothly with precise guidance and prompt feedback.

In early 2024, while I was waiting hearing date my family welcomed a lovely baby girl. Even after my childbirth, Lawyer Park consistently prioritized our case and requested expedited processing from the AAT department. Subsequently, I received an hearing invitation in May of this year and prepared for the appeal interview using the mock test provided by Park & Co. The AAT hearing was successfully concluded, and my PR visa being granted the following month(this month).
