Having being informed that a disgraced former Victorian LNP MP (Google Rosie Batty speech to Vic Parliament) was employed at Parke, I recently retrieved personal docs from their 'safe' and will never do business with them whilst this person is employed there.
Firstly they wanted me to email a copy of my passport and driver's license. Very safe and secure - not. I didn't.
Then it took four business days to get my docs, as their 'safe' isn't on premises and they can only be bothered to go there on Mondays, and in my case they only went on the Tuesday.
