Our contracts were both due to be exchanged today at 2.30 . I get an email at 10.34 stating an omission of an account was made and I’d have to come up with $19650 in 4 hrs . No phone call just an email I happened to see .
Then that amount was changed to $18650 .
Then told me I had to pay it directly to the real estate account of which the real estate had never heard of this being done and couldn’t believe what had happened and rang them themselves .
Highly unprofessional and incompetent. It caused so much stress as I had to find that amount of money in less than 4 hrs .
I would never use them again .
