Peak Consulting was recommended to me after I discovered issues in a new build recently completed by a Developer. I was immediately reassured by Peter's considered and calm approach, his extremely knowledgeable and rapid assessment of the situation and his clear report. He worked cooperatively and firmly with the Builder and Developer to plot a reasonable path forwards to get my issue fully addressed. We have just won our case with NCAT thanks to Peak Consulting. Huge thanks to George and the team for the help and support. We asked peak to do a practical completion inspection, the work was incredibly detailed and impartial. Unfortunately the builder did not resolve the issues requiring us to go through NCAT. Through this the Peak team was amazing, at the trial George clearly represented the case and we won nearly every point. My only regret is that we didn't engage them earlier and have inspections throughout the build. Thank you George, Jason and Alcha..!

peak consulting were recommended to me after I bought my first home with the bathroom newly renovated being listed in perfect condition on the building report to 6 weeks later find out the bathroom floor is ready to fall through. George Pudja came and inspected our bathroom and subfloor to which he supplied a detailed report and cost estimation about a week later. he thoroughly reported against the pre purchase building report and the workmanship that had been carried out in our bathroom, the hazard to the health of our family from the mould present and his scope of works/price estimation and report were used to object our insurance company's decision to reject our claim to which has now been accepted due to Georges report. I cant recommend George high enough he was very understanding of our situation and even supplied me with details if legal action was required.

I see a previous review, not being too pleased about the amount paid for the quality of services provided. I can't compare prices as I didn't go price shopping. I would say that if you ask the right questions, you will get the answers you want. They were also very quick with the report for us and had it done in two business days.

Gave a false report based on a tenants assertion that there was not insulation in the walls. They refused to go back and look for themselves. Said they could not take a power point off the wall to check if we were telling the truth. I had to provide a copy of the building contract before they corrected their erroneous report. Amended report was a few flimsy pages whereas their erroneous report was a bound report, they refused to provide a correct bound report. Tenant whose false advice IBIS took was trying to purchase the property and wanting drive down the purchase price. They also advised the inspecting company that she was a real estate property manager and discussed in my presence the possibility of her sending work to the inspectors. An incorrect report and I leave it to you to decide if the circumstances were above board.
