The senior lady I spoke to came across as very sanctimonious when I tried to get advice for my partner. She refused to give me the advice I was seeking saying he has to do it. I explained he’s not mentally capable at the moment, but she said “ No, no”.
Not helpful and a very out of date attitude. Better suited for the ‘40’s and ‘50’s. I have since got the advice I needed from another organisation who didn’t put a label on the situation.
