I recently used Pemberton Charters for transfer from Pemberton to Donnelly River Village for part of my sectional Bibbulmun Track hike. Jon was very efficient and clear with communication and arrived on time as arranged for pick up. I enjoyed a comfortable ride and friendly chat on the way, including some helpful information on the area. I would definitely recommend Pemberton Charters for any hikers, cyclists or tourists requiring transport in the Pemberton region.

We recently contacted Jon about a pickup from Broke Inlet Road back to Pemberton for our Bibbulmun Track walk which was a 200k round trip for Jon. He could not have been more helpful, he was more than happy to also pick up our two friends from Northcliffe on the way back to Pemberton, and gave us a great price. He also kept us up to date re the status of a large fire which could have impacted where we left our car. We felt that nothing was too much trouble and would absolutely use Jon again in the future. Highly recommend if you are looking for transport around the Pemberton area.

Not only comfortable, efficient and friendly but also very flexible and accommodating. We wanted to push our initial pickup time back by an hour - no problem. We needed an unexpected early transfer due to a medical issue - sorted! Jon was very helpful and understanding, and made what could have been a complete disaster into simply just another thing that happened on our holiday. Highly recommend!
