- dealt directly with all outside parties without having to come back to me
- sorted issues that were raised by outside parties quickly

We needed help navigating through Centrelink for a carer's allowance after my husband broke his left hip and became dependent on me for everything. He's rehabilitating - but slowly. There are many appointments and I'm his driver. I'd do it without payment but $131.90 per fortnight is a help. Kevin got the job done faster than even he thought. If you need Centrelink help? Let Kevin take away the emotional stress and the struggle of dealing with bureauacy. I'd go to him again if ever I needed assistance. Kevin knows his stuff, cuts through the tape and fast tracks for a timely response. Thanks Kevin.

We are so grateful for what Kevin has done for us. Centrelink sent me an invoice for a 7 year old bill which I had thought was all paid off. When questioning Centrelink about it, they mentioned that they would not be able to show me any records as proof of why I was receiving benefits in the first place, why I had to then pay them back and why I still owed money. Kevin was not only able to act on my behalf but he managed to gather all the records, determine that I did owe the money but more importantly, that I was entitled to a hefty pay out for Family Tax Benefits as well! An exercise that could have set me back a few thousand dollars turned out to reward me $7000!!!
I highly recommend Kevin acting on your behalf for Centrelink payments. I am also looking forward to having him help my parents and mother-in-law.
