I am a small investor: 16 Units In Ontario and the Tenancy laws are lopsided favour of tenants in this Province. Statistically speaking you will get a bad tenant no matter your screening process. We currently have a nightmare tenant. One that you lose sleep over. Tim knows the system. He will navigate an eviction for you, and he doesn't sugar-coat it. I recall on day one he was upfront with how long the process would likely take. In my case the hearing isn't for a while due to Ontario 6-8 month wait times, but I am glad Tim is on my side. Side note: The man literally called me from the Hospital while recovering from a Surgery to update me on my case.
