I really got confused with all the 5 star reviews when my current experience is not what I'm reading. I have a claim and Perth City Legal were recommended. I took the word of someone who was supposed to assist with work rehabilitation, so I trusted this person. The workers compensation claim was extremely disappointing with the outcome. What I couldn't understand was, I was injured at work, my injuries cannot be reduced, it's going to be with me for life, not 8 hours a day. But I had to compromise on the amount the government allocated for my injuries. Why? My injuries don't change? Why can someone say, we want to keep this part because we don't want you to have it, but the government said it's the maximum you can get. Then you pay a company to fight your cause to get it all, not part of what was assigned by the government. I never wanted a fraction of what my entitlement was, I want it all, Because that is what I was told was set aside. But Mr Insurance company wants to keep it in greed, because the insured amount shouldn't be compromised because of any reason. The injuries match the claim.
Bur what hurt more, is when I read all these reviews and think, they haven't attempted to contact me for 6 months, not a call to keep their client informed of any progress, any Information. So, I continue to ask what's happening, email goes unanswered or respond in 3 weeks.

I called the office at 4:15pm and was told by an answering service that the company was closed. So I sent an email expressing my major concern that I'm being neglected as a customer, client who has waited and waited.

So unless things change dramatically, I will be cancelling their services, removing all my information from them, and finding a company that actually corresponds with their clients in an appropriate time, 6 months Carl, is not keeping me up to date with my claim. That's ignorance and no care of my actual life and situation. You are causing so much mental stress in my life with no care of the neglect. When I asked previously, I was told there were changes in laws, and my case was delayed. As n Electrician, our laws, regulations change all the time, we don't neglect clients to learn them mate, we do that in our own time to maximise productivity and keep clients informed not the client chasing you all the time.

Last chance. You told me 6 months ago Carl, this should be nearly done by November, it's nearly New Year, please don't think you're going on holidays and neglecting my case to meet your social life. Cause my whole life is effected Carl, not just 8:30am to 4pm
