This is the worst legal team on earth. Couldn’t even get me my kids unsupervised, even though I had paperwork from kids visits that said she stopped it and that the services workers and kid phys told her and this legal team I could and there would be no issues if they did unsupervised visits. But after 3 years they still could not get them. I did every course( tuning in to kids twice, anger management, behavioural change and post separation twice.) Had evidence that the guy she had around the kids was a crack head who beat people ip and was in jail heaps, also that they were drinking at the age of 8 and 6 under her watch due to her parties. And her story about me being abusive was said by her 2 different ways because she was lying. And after 3 years and 4 hearings that got me nothing but more child support for her because they made me do a dna test to a kids that was 2 and I had never met or knew. And supervised visits 2 hours away on a weekday at the time I worked after I had done 2 sets of supervised visits with the $450 paperwork they made me pay for and didn’t use and made useless. DO NOT come here they drag it out to make u or legal aid pay but don’t care about if u see or get ur kids. Absolutely the worst humans and pathetic lawyers ever.

Seriously can't tell you how disappointed I am with this firm, I thought I was lucky to have finally found a legal aid solicitor to help me with my family court proceedings, cannot tell you how wrong I was. They took forever to do anything, hardly ever answer the phone, and sometimes when they do it's just "Hi" with no introduction of who you've called, the office is usually empty as well. Now I've changed firms, it is impossible to get them to send my approved legal aid to the new solicitors, they've even not answered the new firms emails requesting the form. I'm having to fill out yet another form to get approved. I cannot warn you enough not to use this form. It may have been good once upon a time, but it is not anymore.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know of my experience with Peter and his Team. Far too often, people are eager to complain, but I wanted to take the time to write to let you know that I am very pleased with the support, compassion and professionalism of Peter. Throughout my cases, he was always very quick to respond, made himself available during times that most would consider after hours and always patient in explaining the status and details/developments of my cases.

Peter did everything in his power to ensure the process ran smoothly and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The empathy and compassion he showed to myself and my family was above expectation and very much appreciated. Every step along the way, I was kept informed of the progress and copies of communication between himself and the defendants representatives were always sent to me. I could not have asked for more! I thank and commend Peter Baker and his team for being professional and great to deal with.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF.

Peter is your typical small business owner, that rips you off with any chance he can get.

Peter and his employees will find anyway to over charge you with anyway means possble. Eg posting letters as well as emailing, obviously charging per page as well as printing costs.
He gave me cost estimates on numerous occasions throughout the ordeal, which tripled when i received the bill.

Peter and his staff are useless, they will drag out everything obviously making more money.

No doubt in my mind the worst experience ive ever had with any buisness..

I personally would not recommend this law firm to anyone I have final orders from 2012 where the former partner broke on several occasions this law firm would not present the evidence to the judge as Well as that they expect you be happy with orders that the other party want to place which allianates your child. On top of that good luck if you want to make an appointment to see your solicitor to inform them that they have broken the current intrem orders in which they happily accepted to allianate your child I would personally not even give them a star well I would if you want a solicitor to fight for the other party more then there own clients wishes in fact I would give them 5 stars for that very poor performance

Disappointing meeting with Peter. Clearly discriminates against people with mental health issues. Has photos of Martin Luther King, the anonymous man with the shopping bag in front of the tank during tienaman square protests in China and muslim women who turned out to vote in iraq after the war and he says he represents those who are brave like those in his photos however this man is a biggot make no mistake. He only understands discrimination as it is taught and professed by popularity and is unaware of the modern issues of discrimination such as those faced by people with mental health issues. He attempted to discourage my legal action through intimidation and making me feel as though I have no right to legal representation due to my mental health issue. He attempted to humiliate me through comparing me and my case to other people with mental heath issues who have challenged his past clients in court insinuating that people with mental health issues have no right to use the legal system. He attempted to railroad me through this line of abuse and in turn encouraged me to give up before i had started thus attempting to deny me opportunity. Denying opportunity is the modern form of discrimination and biggotry in our country. If you have a mental health issue and require representation for legal matters do not even think about using this man. Steer Clear! For me it was a waste of time and money and I recieved a large dose of abuse due to this mans naieve and preconceived ideas about mental health issues. He is a one size fits all man. They all look the same to me type man. This poor excuse for a human being would not know bravery or justice if he tripped over it. He charged me $660 for the pleasure of abusing my character and reputation. He's a legal aid practitioner to boot. Do not go!
