Peter Fisher Lawyers handled the conveyancing for both the sale of our old property and purchase of new property. The settlement of the sale was complicated by the purchasers delaying. Jessica Schutz was outstanding in handling the delays, dealing with the purchaser's conveyancer and keeping us informed throughout the process. She was at all times professional in her approach. Really regret employing these lawyers. So many times I had to correct them on the most simple things such as the name and date of birth of my children incorrectly written in documents through to failing to remember to include significant information, and then they'd make me pay for their time to make their corrections. I was double charged at times such as double charging me for time spent on the phone. They gave me misguided advice purely because they didn't know enough about the legalities they were advising me on. They don't follow their clients directions, don't reply without being nagged, I could go on and on. It should have been a sign for me to change solicitors when I went into their office and saw other disgruntled clients in their office. Steer clear.
