I've been here for my tax returns and BAS for the past 3 years. They were recommended to my by a colleague and I've been very happy with the service I've received. I'm a small business owner with limited accounting knowledge and initially felt very anxious about my first appointment. However Donna really put me at ease and walked me through the steps needed to process my submission. The first visit took a while as I was ill prepared. Every visit since has taken less time and gotten easier with Donna's guidance. The team is knowledgeable and experienced but most of all friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I also find their services to be great value compared to other accountants.

The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because of the receptionist. Margaret was very polite and understanding through the whole process. However I would not use this company ever again for my tax. The initial meet with Peter was fine, he taught me some useful information about how to sort out my documents, however it doesn't excuse the fact that it took over 3 - 1/2 months to get my tax return done. My family went in on the 1st September and we didn't get our documents back until 12th December. Don't expect a call back either, cause you won't get them. I could go on but I'll leave it there. Terrible communication. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Donna has been looking after my families Taxes for over 7 years.
She is very personalable and is always great for an annual laugh.
Peter Radford Accounting also looks after the auditing process for a community organisation I look after. The report is compelted in a timely manner and presented very professionally. The advice over the years has assisted with processes within the org and assisted us to achieve quality book keeping outcomes.
Very welcoming and family friendly.

My appointment was at 10am. I arrived about 9.50. I sat waiting until 10.20 with no interaction from any of the staff. I got out of my seat and let let them know to never mind and that I couldn’t wait any longer. I didn’t receive any apology. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 as I assume they are good at accounting (I suppose I’ll never know), just not with punctuality or communication during my experience. Cheers.
