My family and i used Trent to write up a contract. We spoke to him and also emailed him with what we wanted in it.. we later got a contract that looked vary basic and something i could have just googled. Due to this we emailed him countless times to remind him of important information he had forgotten. During this time he charged us $26 for every email he replied back. Calling them adjustment costs.

If I said "Pretty Average Customer Service" - I think I would be being overly generous. Two cancellations of appointments at the last minute (despite us having travelled from Perth on both occasions), things we made clear at the outset forgotten/not documented/ignored causing issues when things should be finalised, delayed/poor communication, internal communication not occuring properly.. I know they mean well and have had some staffing issues, but I expected better. Nothing against their knowledge or skills, just the way the experience has panned out.

I had an issue that the lawyers from this firm, Jodie and Trent, were able to resolve successfully for me in good time. It was a time sensitive issue, and they were able to sort out the facts of the matter and present them to the other side successfully at short notice in the time frame available. I found their services professional and well presented at all times. Well worth the investment in successfully prosecuting my case.
