I booked in my car and received a quote over the phone. I turned up with my 2 year old prepared to walk home (have had issues with other dealerships with catering for children). They offered to drive me home using my car, which was awesome! I decided to walk - it was a good day for it. They offered to drop my car home after the work was complete (unbelievable!!), yes please! My car was home early afternoon. This is the best service I have had - the customer service, the pricing (a dealership in town quoted me more than double what I paid today). I was honestly feeling despair with the outgoings and questionable issues that would come out of my services. My car is a 2021 ZST MB SUV. I have owed a good variety of vehicles from 4WD to sedans. Specifically having people care and go out of their way to ensure my daughter and I were looked after. Last dealership service in town/PM I couldn't catch their courtesy bus option as they didn't offer/have the facilities to cater a baby and didn't offer any alternatives, so I walked into town holding my child. I kept in positive spirits but the return walk was extremely hard carrying a tierd bub and I was absolutely exhausted.
So great to branch out and find a good reputable automotive company close by offering such a high level of engagement and honesty.
