I had a very disappointing experience with this agency, particularly with Veronica. I initially reached out for assistance because my skills assessment was unsuccessful when I applied on my own—I simply wanted expert guidance to ensure I met TRA criteria and addressed any missing details.

However, instead of thoroughly reviewing my case or requesting all necessary documents, Veronica prematurely concluded that my outcome could still be unsuccessful. This was done without proper knowledge, evidence, or a full assessment of my situation. The lack of diligence and dismissive approach was extremely unprofessional.

While she was not outright rude in words, her tone and manner of speaking were condescending, making me feel as if my concerns were not taken seriously. I sought help expecting a professional and supportive service, but instead, I was met with negativity and discouragement.

If you are looking for an agency that genuinely reviews your case with care and expertise, I would advise seeking help elsewhere. Professionalism and thoroughness matter when dealing with something as important as a skills assessment, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.
