It was a very disappointing experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Lynnette Wallace at 12:45 and checked in ten minutes early. I waited outside for 44 minutes, but no one called me. Since I had to return to work in the afternoon, I asked the receptionist when I would be able to see the doctor（The two receptionist are polite)The receptionist told me that the doctor would return at 2:00! I ended up canceling the appointment. Why would the doctor go out during a scheduled appointment? Or, if they knew they would be unavailable during this time, why open the time slot for booking?

I'm here for 3 months, so as a new member of Australian society I was a bit nervous, especially since it was about my daughter. I'm very satisfied of my visit there. The personnel very polite and the doctor gave me all the information that I needed. She was very kind and willing to answer in all my questions. Thank you! (Vasileia Konou)

I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment and greeted by both two receptionsts efficiently and with big warm smiles, I felt like I was being received at an international hotel as a valued customer.
The doctor was efficient, although I did feel a little rushed and forgot to ask for a new script which required me calling back. The cost $100 for approximately 5-10 mins was a lot, however, I was able to have a blood test on the spot and the doctor was respectful and showed lots of confidence. I had not seen this doctor before. I wonder what it would be like I was more complex how much that quick turnaround would impact me.
This year experience has been a huge improvement on recent visits. Wonder if there is new management?

would be helpful to have them process the private health fund so i didnt have to spend extra time traversing to their location,

I saw an excellent GP at Phillip Medical Centre today —Dr Zeykra I felt very helped by him. He struck me as brilliant. His knowledge is current. Dr Zeykra is also very well mannered.

First time at this clinic. Saw Dr Chong Beng Ooi . He was very calm and patient, even got seen early. Everything went very smoothly, from consult to ecg test, to lab for blood test, and finally picking up prescription. Took about an hour all together, but everything done in one place during one visit. Receptionist was nice, and helped answer some questions about Medicare.

Such a unhelpful reception staff. The laverty is even worse. They would not answer calls and do not have a specific contact number for a communication. Service needs to be upgraded especially being a health care centre, this is just unacceptable.

Today they debited my husband’s bank account for another patient and then errored when refunding and instead of refunding, then charged him an extra $15. When he queried it, was told the refund would take 2 days to process back to his account.

Do you take cash or not? Every time has different rules. Receptions have different opinions on taking cash. And doesn’t know can different doctors receive my blood test results, she said I have to book a doctor to just ask can you receive my result how funny is that? Are you able to train them properly just to answer the basic question? Her name is Rashma
