When doing this review, I really wanted to give it 5 stars but there are a few things that stopped me from doing so. I'll start off with how wonderful the older security guard is, goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations of what is required from him. The lovely ladies from CADA on a Wednesday are just amazing as well. Now, for the issues that stopped me from a 5 star, parking, there isn't many parking spaces and if you do manage to get one, you have to arrive very very early or you won't get one and then you are forced to try and find one either in a spot that is not ideal. My second issue is the wait times for the Justice Of The Peace, I understand that people need to see them but sometimes the wait is just ridiculous.

JP took 1 hour with client before us talking about himself and his personal life while I had waited months to come see him for documentation and were the only people in the line. He saw we were waiting a long period of time and continued to talk about “this generation” to someone with a bunch of paperwork that took him ages to stamp.

The JP's here are great. They're conveniently located just through security at the front of the building with chairs to sit in while you wait. The security staff are always professional and friendly, and although the car park is quite small we have never had an issue finding a spot.

The security is friendly and fair. Given it is a Court House the atmosphere feels pretty neutral and not intimidating. JP services are good and the admin team are very helpful

Customer service is near-nonexistent. Wait at the counter, no one is visible behind, no one comes. No signs to instruct on waiting, no bells, no number machine. When the court receptionist finally decided to show herself after having to ask the security guard & JP, she didn’t want to take my letter, which was just a lodgement for a civil matter with another state government dept, but did in the end, silently, then walked away. This I have found over the last year, is a common thread in Queensland re-customer service, both public (govt) & private (retail).

The older Security guard there needs a pay rise! Very courteous and helpful. The JP there is amazing too! Only bad thing I can think of is the parking.... Very bad...

Not a ideal location. A fair walk from any form of public transport. Limited car space in back car park. Choose poor spot for a court house. This should be a little closer to public transport and not such a long distance. Needs better carpark space as well.
