Over the last 2 months I have had the occasion to call them 5 times. On each occasion I have been put in a waiting list, which is normal these days, but to my annoyance a recorded message then tells me the expected time to answer is and has never been less than 25 minutes.
I don't know about you but I, as a business owner, find it incredulous for any business to expect anyone to wait that long.
They do have a ring back option, which I used. But guess what.....they never called back.
Unprofessional guys...very amateurish!!!!!

Pioneer Credit has been a great company, to help with any debt ,you may have, to pay off. I have just finished paying off my debt with their help. They truly care and I really recommend Pioneer Credit for anyone. Do not hesitate if you need help , to call them and make a plan that works for you.

The rudest most unethical company. Called me in my SILENT unlisted number after mining my details from their targets Facebook friends list. Call me after hours and try to tell me you obtained my number legally. Like hell you did! If you have a legit customer you would HAVE their details and not call randomly connected people. Would not tell me how they got my number other than they bought a list!! Not that I need finance but if I did you’d be the last company on earth after this unethical breach of my privacy. Vile behaviour

Disgrace of a company with poor practices and no ethics. Contacted me looking for someone I have had no contact with for over 10 years and then after a lot of pushing claimed to have got my details from a public database then after a lot of pushing claimed to be information from a database called rpdata which is realestate. The only entry linking me to them was from 2003. Didn’t seem to care until I asked to remove all of my information from their systems and reminded them that it is by law that they need to comply with my wishes but did not want to do anything unless I supplied their new contact details. How can I do that when I have had no contact for 10 years? Joke of a company that needs to operate within the Australian law. Several family members have also been contacted that also have no dealings with the person anymore.

If I could give them a 0. I would. They bought my debt @.01 cents on the dollar. and charge me the full amount. Secondly interest incurs at 16.5 percent daily. People their jacking us over shonky business. The harassing emails to the intimidation over the phone at my age 65 unfortunately my use by date for full-time job is non existent because no employer will give you a go. Yeah the intimidation because they have a high turnover of staff and every week or every two weeks you're talking to a new rep hassling you for money that they've purchased from a third party. And they would bet a dead horse into the ground trying to get money out of them. I had an account manager in Perth. But then they switched up to their call centre in the Philippines. So can you imagine not dealing with the person at the head office incredibly frustrating Zero service. The only word for these guys is extremely Shonky. Dodgy debt collection at its worst. Update I was just sent a letter how pioneer credit has sold my over-inflated debt to another third party now!!!!

I suppose if you are having dealings with this company you're probably in a difficult situation and are struggling to make ends meet. I want to say though that my dealings with Pioneer have been great. They are very patient and understanding and flexible. At the end of the day, you both want the same outcome but the difference with Pioneer is that they work WITH you to reach that outcome. You will not be bombarded with harassing phone calls or threatening letters/emails. Be honest with them. Negotiate a payment plan, no matter how small and they will actually help you. The staff are great, easy to talk to and it feels like they are on your side. If you end up in a situation with them, honestly, just pick up the phone and talk to them. You'll have that weight lifted from you I promise and you can both work together to get the situation fixed. I just finalised my account 2 weeks ago and I sent them feedback thanking them for all their help. They really are great at what they do and, lets be honest, it's not an easy thing.
