Agree with previous comments - no outcome, zero progress, they keep asking you questions & you do work instead for them. Be aware that they’d even charge you for your emails sent to clarify things, no notice of such potential charges in advance, just the huge bill in the end with a payment deadline. $200-$540 for 1 min read of your email which supposed to be free. Shocking

Slack when it comes to response times. Kept paying and paying and paying but got very little advice or results. They are supposed to be the lawyers but they spent more time asking me what they should do next. Should have seen the writing on the wall when they sent an email stating that their priority was to the court and not to their clients. That statement alone pretty much sums them up.

Proceed with extreme caution. I paid and paid and paid, yet these lawyers resolved nothing, achieved nothing for me. Their concern was to line their own pockets, yet they did not to provide me with effective and competent counsel. Shocking that the Australian Bar has so little accountability and oversight.
