Dr Kuku is a compassionate and understanding doctor who truly listens. I have been coming to Plympton Family Practice since I was an infant. The care I have received particularly from Peter Goldsworthy has been outstanding every time. Dr. Goldsworthy has always had time to listen to my concerns and explore relevant avenues to ensure solutions have been met.

Dr. Madhu Rao and Dr. Kuku were incredibly supportive. They patiently explained everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand, and they even wrote it down.

The receptionists were also very friendly.

However, the Google opening times are not accurate. I recommend booking online through this app, Healthengine. It shows the clinic's actual opening times.

Amy at the front desk provides pathetic service, is super rude, and expects a formal request and apology in every convo. $70 for a gp visit as against the usual $38 - appointments gets declined if challenged!

It is not up to the mark place to go.
Wether receptionist or doctor but it’s ok for a time being.
Even for short period of span like 10 minutes they charged me full $72.

Never mind.
This place is not appealing place to go.
