I ordered the 'Marshmallow' bouquet in the standard size for my mother. The online purchase was easy, and the service over the phone was excellent. I requested a bright and colorful arrangement with a preference for the inclusion of orange, and they fulfilled it perfectly. My mum loves them—kangaroo paw is her favourite flower! Thank you!

Flowers are beautiful, but they don’t look like any of the pictures from the listing on the website that I ordered. They are lovely, but just not what I wanted, and for the price I paid I think there probably should have been more communication about which flowers are available etc.

I cannot get over how stunning and huge the bouquets were, the buttonholes were equally as amazing with their pops of colour and they have stayed put and lasted - they're the best quality buttonholes we've ever seen!

We have had so many people comment on how colourful the ceremony was and you absolutely nailed the brief!

You were also so patient throughout the whole planning process - you answered every single question calmly and nothing was too hard or a hassle.

We never go anywhere else for our flowers now!

Ordered roses for my partner the night before our anniversary as a suprise. The website was easy to navigate and the order was placed without any difficulties. The roses were delivered to my partner's address however she was not home. After calling my partner they quickly reorganised a delivery to her work on the same day.

Let me start with the good - website was easy to use and delivery was amazingly fast. Unfortunately though, the bouquet delivered was a bit meh. Especially when you compare it to the AMAZING stuff they have on their site. The image in the middle was what I chose (recognising that the actual bouquet would not be identical, but would be of similar type and quality) and the image on the left is what was delivered. It seemed really light on flowers and really heavy on greenery! I spent over $100 on this and I expected more. I live interstate and so only have the option of relying on reviews and the information provided when sending flowers to the ACT (where I have a number of family members). I felt a bit ripped-off with these. Image #3 is of flowers from my local florist (their “daily bunch”) and they cost just $25. I feel like when you spend $100 on flowers, you should be getting, well, more flowers than leaves! I wonder if maybe it was an off day as everything else they seem to do looks awesome and all their other reviews are amazing! Just unlucky I guess.
