Never answer to phone call or email as a Conveyncer. Adam has missed to remove or do action for the SUBJECT TO LEASE in the contract and told me to sign and put me in hard time and much stress as a first home buyer and he is ignoring my emails and calls . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is the second time we have used Point Cook Conveyancing and again we were so pleased with our experience from start to finish! Both Adam and Dzenita are amazing to deal with. Dzenita went out of her way to answer our 101 hundred questions and explained all the adjustments prior to settlement with heaps of notice. She kept us updated through phone and email. If you want a stress-free experience, look no where else. Highly recommend! I will be back hopefully in the next few years to purchase another!

We recently purchased a property & this conveyancer was obstructive to say the least. We asked the vendors who were living overseas to provide information about items that were not working. We did not get an answer until the day before settlement & the result was we delayed settlement by 1 day. Of course the vendor did contact the conveyancer in time to charge us 1 days interest. The vendors were obviously guided by this conveyancer. Interestingly no rates, water,or O/C fees were paid by the vendor for 3 years & only paid at settlement. Buyers be ware of overseas vendors
