Very disappointed when I received my invoice for a service on my BT50.. was only due for oil & oil filter but got charged an additional $140 for .8 hrs @ $164/hr above the capped price for the removal of aftermarket underbody protection when the original bash plate has the same amount of bolts to remove when changing the oil filter.. I'm travelling at the moment and have had 3 other services at different locations and never heard of such rubbish.. I'm a pensioner and that's a lot of money to be forking out for something that's part of the service..

On the brighter side, they did wash my vehicle and did a really good job at that.. but again, that's part of the service..

Traveling around Australia and started getting rumbling noises like the wheel bearings were failing. Called them up and they said pop around in the afternoon and we will have a look. Ended up being something minor and they sorted us out there and then and didn't even charge us. Top notch customer service. Thank you.

My car broke down (little did I know my engine is buggered) and Mazda Pt Lincoln had my car for 6 whole weeks before they could tell me I need a new engine. Almost $3,000 later and no result. I got my car towed from the centre back to my house to find engine parts in my back seat, front seat and boot. My car battery was disconnected and placed in the boot of my car, meaning I had no access to open my boot unless I got in there from the inside (pulling my back seats down) which I can’t do as there is engine parts all over the place.
Extremely disappointed with how my car was returned to me and the fact it took 6 whole weeks for them to tell me I need a new engine..
Despite all the above, the team & staff were lovely and kept me & my dad updated throughout the process. I was pretty disappointed with the time frame, cost and how my car was returned to me.
