My 88 year old mum is finally wearing a hearing aid, thanks to Ash and also to Rochelle. Mum was so happy with the kindness, care and professionalism of this team and her new hearing aids are such an improvement to her quality of life. They went above and beyond to reduce any stress for mum and communication from them was just amazing. “My kitchen clock ticks!” She just told me. And she is wearing them! So grateful. I went to see the team and was greeted by Rochelle at reception. She is great at her job so impressive she organised to see that Dr Ash would get the right parts for my father in law hearing aids purchased 4 years ago in Sydney. They arranged a home visit and were wonderful with him from start to finish. Highly recommend. Just lovely to deal with from start to finish. My father in law hearing has never been better.

Rachelle, the receptionist, was my first contact at Port Stephens Audiology, she was very professional & friendly & made booking an appt very easy.
Ash, the Audiologist, was also very professional & made me feel at ease with my appt. I have seen Ash on 2 occasions & both times he was extremely thorough & explained everything to me in a way I understood. He is extremely knowledgeable & has a wonderful calming nature. I highly recommend Ash for all your hearing needs. He’s definitely the Audiologist I will continue to see.
