Bad experience with Dean, all enthusiastic at first. Only a simple deceased estate matter, enthusiasm soon disappeared. had to book one week in advance just to speak to Dean, and then he didn't even have my file on hand. The only thing that is boutique about this law firm is its outrageous prices. Would not recommend unless you have money to burn. Finally had to find someone else who cared.

My case took 2.5 years to resolve and involved both workplace and personal injury matters intertwined. It twisted and turned, faced roadblocks and some seriously adversarial opposition and could have failed completely a number of times along the way. At each victory and setback Dean and the team were there to help me reposition our strategy and pushed the case forward through to a successful and life changing outcome. I learned first hand that even when you have a clear injury and a strong case for compensation, insurers will try anything to deprive you of your entitlements. Insurers are expert at this process; they rely on you being exposed and vulnerable to the detriment of your own case. I'd recommend Dean Prail to give yourself the best chance of obtaining your rightful entitlements. Dean's fees are very reasonable, he even recovered most back from the insurer too. For me personally looking back, I couldn't have won without Dean, and that makes him truly priceless and me forever grateful.
