I saw his reviews and Called him for hire a commercial dispute. But over the phone he said He charge 15000$ for service, and hang up call in middle of conversations ( my budget was to pay more than that) . I think that was rude. I assume that he think people cannot pay his service fee or He look after only small cases or like notary services, Because most of reviews about notary etc.

Went in to avail Notary service, and it was all good.
Everything was swift and was completed in time, prices are reasonable as well. Plenty of parking at back and easily accessible by train as well.

I needed a JP to witness a couple of documents regarding an investment property in Newcastle area. They refused and carried on about why they should do it and why I didn't get the other solicitors to do it. I have never in my life been refused a JP service. I then went to the local accountant R Tambree & Associates and they were more than happy to do it. The whole procedure took one minute.
