Arlene and her very capable staff prepared will and related documents for me during a very stressful time in my life. She was not only extremely professional, but expressed a genuine concern for my well being and "held my hand" thru the process.

The worst communicators and customer service that I have ever received. They took half my money upfront, and then the agent that was helping me was never available without leaving countless messages with, a with a very rude receptionist. Your reply to my comment is typical from someone who is trying to save face, my review is based on my opinion of the service I received from your company. Your response is not true to how my experience with your staff took place.

I am disappointed in my dealing with Prescott Tax and Paralegal. I send them an email and I did get an answer back then tried to call them 3 times. First time, left a message. Second time, receptionist answers and she said she would take the message and have someone call me back. No one ever called me back after a week. I called again, the receiptions said she would get with one of the people that do wills/trust and find out the information. She said I will call you back Friday ( which was the next day) I did not receive a courtesy call saying that they could help or if they were not able to do what was needed. I was trying to support small business in prescott, arizona but if this is the way you are treated i will need to go with a larger company.
