Poor customer service, the worst I've ever had at any Priceline pharmacy! The girls working in the store seem to treat their job as a 'hobby' and have no clue how to deal with customer service, they seem like they're doing you a favor, completely unprepared and rude. They just chatting and never know anything about the products and prices. I'm writing this review because it didn't happen just once, but several times and I consider myself a very laid-back person and really not a difficult customer.

Won’t be shopping in Price line again, feel totally ripped off. Went into Woolworths immediately after to find the same product $15.00 cheaper!!!

Was greeted upon arrival, but that's where it stopped. 3 young girls walking about looking like they have nothing to do. I wasn't there for a coffee and a chat. Luckily I got help from an elderly woman, only cause I complained it was hard to get served. I walked out with my $20.99 purchase. A shame my purchase goes towards these people who have no interest in helping you. Disgraceful attitude.

An extremely poor customer service experience. Young female service staff was dismissive, rude and unhelpful when I pointed out the items I had bought had 40% off. She asked if it was in the catalogue, which I showed her it was. She replied “oh well, it keeps scanning at full price, sorry”. After 3 requests, she finally fetched a manager who begrudgingly applied the discount….appalling service”

Bought a $25 lipstick here today, walked outside of the shop and took the lid off. The lid snapped and now you cannot put the lid on. Unusable as now lipstick will go every where. Took the lipstick back to the shop with the receipt after purchasing 1 minute before. Asking for an exchange as the quality of this product is so poor the lid snapped in half when opening. No force, nothing. The lady told me this could not be exchanged. when asking why, couldn't get an answer. What a waste of $25. No help and cheap products.

This shop is really nice and most staff are really helpful but there is an older lady that works there who had a bad attitude towards me and other customers when I was there. She helped me get what i was looking for and matched make-up for me because I knew next to nothing about it.. She just had a really foul attitude. Not sure if I will be going back there again...
