Sean and his team were absolutely fabulous, would highly recommend anyone seeking good legal advice to go try Prior Law. Sean saw us through a very lengthy family law battle with the best outcome! He didn't waste time and money with unnecessary communication, stuck to the facts and was always reassuring. The information we provided over 3 years was presented in a very well organised and indexed binders, a credit to the staff.  He provided us with well suited barrister representation for our court appearances. Sean demonstrated a great rapport with the Magistrates, Judge, Barristers and other court staff.  Our final trial scheduled for 4 days was finalised in 1 where Sean and the barrister committed to work extended time to avoid a second day and additional costs. Apparently the receptionist is way too busy to do her job. After not calling me after being asked too by my partner 2 weeks ago i called and got no answer from the korumburra office so the main office (i guess) said they got through but she was busy and would call me back, yeah that was 3 days ago. If they hadn't already started i wouldn't use them as the receptionist clearly knows if they do or dont need more client's. We have been waiting on simple wills for months but they must have forgotten about us.

Would definitely not say you are good at your job! Can't be bothered to continue on with a client after almost 2 years so drop them 10 days before trial. Maybe once a lawyer leaves your firm, instead of 1 person taking on all that lawyers clients as well as your own, hows about you find someone else to help. You were both always busy before hand so obviously you're screwed now and because of that, you screw with your clients and throw them in the deep end!
Would definitely not recommend Oakleys Law to anyone unless you want to be left when needed most.
