My accountant was Don Giovanni Ricci (DJ). I sent him all the documents for my tax return in July, sent a reminder email in Augustus, tried to call him 3 times, he picked up and said he would call me back, he didn’t. Emailed him in September, no response. Called the office, they said he would call me back, he didn’t. Called several more times and when I got a hold of his assistent she said he was going to call me back the next day at 12:30 pm. Never did. Hooooorrible service, don’t waste your time.

Thought I was as doing the right thing, paying top dollar for an accountant to complete my tax return. Turns out they stuffed up my return for 2 out of 3 years. I then got audited by the ATO. I found it very hard to contact my accountant during this time and wouldn't get my calls returned. In the end I had to repay thousands of dollars to the ATO, since then Warren has basically refused to return my calls & blames it on the ATO. Seems they don't quite know what they are doing here!
