Unit 55, we stayed 4 nights, paid for 5. The place wasn’t very tidy when we got there, one bed not made, belongings from past tenants were found under beds, missing appliances etc. Linen cupboards and shed storage was locked so all we had to tidy up after ourselves was a single broom. We kept the unit tidy considering 5 of us were staying there but we were accused of having a dog because they found “some hair” (photo of “proof” attached) and charged us a cleaning fee of $61.02 for this. While the real estate staff were friendly and somewhat helpful the cleaning staff were very much below average and the dog hair accusation was not only false but the “proof” they provided is laughable! Would definitely recommend rethinking your accommodation before booking these units, especially for the steep price of approximately $250 a day!! Honestly a joke.

Stayed at Villa 8 - 8/23 Dalton Street for 5 days. Fridge was not working, and the place was unclean. The agent was notified the fridge was not working, they sent an electrician the next day. Plugged the fridge into the wall socket and said it was working. Fridge was still not working. The agent says they are not responsible for a partial refund. What a bloody disgrace! .. will take this further to consumer protection .. Do not recommend staying at any of the villas that are manged by this agent.

Stayed at Unit 58 Seafront Estate Jurien Bay 20th to 22nd October 2023 for my Sons 16th Birthday weekend. This apartment is a disgrace, and currently for sale by owner. Filthy microwave, cups and crockery, all required cleaning before use. Kitchen cupboards full of food debris, attracting ants, had to clean them out myself. Dangerous hob, no indicator light to warn when turned on, deep layers of dust on bed heads, piles of dust and debris under beds, filthy toilet, toilet brush & holder, cobwebs all over interior, aircon units full of dust and webs. Outside areas, windows etc., dirty and full of webs. Emailed agents after being unable to access any help over weekend, received box standard reply this morning. Cost of apartment nearly $300 per night. Stayed in unit 49 last year, was immaculate. Unit 58 is not recommended

We enjoyed our stay at Alexander Cottage in Jurien Bay very much! Everyone from the Jurien Bayview Realty Team is friendly and super helpful. (They went the extra mile when I forgot something at the property – they looked for the lost item, found it, packaged and posted it to my home address!) Thank you!!

The first real estate lady from Professional was very knowledgeable.
I am seriously disappointed with not being informed that final inspection should have been done prior to settlement.
Living 3 hours away from the property, and now no final inspection is not good customer relations.

Communication was polite however a very slow response time after placing an offer on a section for sale. After waiting too long
, I gave a time limit for an answer as i felt the need to push for communication.
I received a response the next day which was the owners asking for a higher price than what the section was initially listed for.
If delt with more urgency, faster communication would have saved me my time and I would of secured a different section sooner.
