Hello Steve again, Prompt settlements office is open from 9am til 4pm mon to Thursday and by phone only on Friday, updated website and google open hours will be up as soon as we can gain access to the admin of the existing website

Was a friggin joke took over 10 months to get settlement on simple transfer. Never returned calls. Always had excuses my computer down. Internet down I'm sick have COVID fog. Just never ending excuses for incompetents. Would definitely never use again or recommend to another stay clear people

Prompt in name but not in practice! Some 18 months later and our settlement has been a total cluster. No matter how many phone calls, emails and follow-ups from us and the seller Jacquie always had an excuse as to why there was a delay but never took responsibility or actually managed to do the transfer of land. We jumped ship and found a licensed conveyancer, but as the seller persisted with Prompt Settlements, we now find ourselves still waiting for our property and with our money locked in trust and no property or title. Legal advice and action pending but as we know that can take time and of course more money. Save yourself the drama and stress and do not use Prompt! They are not licensed conveyancers, she is a lawyer doing settlements - but not ACTUALLY doing the settlements.

Waiting for “Prompt” Settlements to settle is like watching grass grow….. only infuriating. For the past 6.5 months (still no settlement date) you’ve been ignoring your obligations and emails then only to produce legal documentation riddled with crucial errors. I’d recommend becoming a licensed conveyancer before considering Prompt Settlements Northam. It’ll be quicker.
