Paul was highly recommended to us by our broker who saw a lot of red flags from our previous conveyancer, who had no idea what she was doing and were to cost us a lot of money in stamp duty, so Paul stepped in the middle of a turmoil!

Not only Paul done everything in a highly professional matter and settled our newly built property, he also solved a lot of mistakes from previous conveyancer, was very friendly, caring & reassuring that we’ll be ok & we will settle, and we did yesterday! I had a very disappointing experience with PB Conveyancing. Throughout the process of selling my property, their communication was practically non-existent. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, I waited over six weeks for a response and never received one. It was incredibly frustrating and left me with no choice but to engage a new conveyancer to handle the sale.
Selling a property is already a stressful process, and the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from this company made it far worse. It has caused a significant delay to the sale of my property. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and timely conveyancing. Would give them 0 stars if that was possible.
