Advise all NOT to use the Public Trustees & Guardian. Their fees are way way too much,.Communication - never do by phone, always do by email but don't expect to get a prompt reply. Don't expect a clear and precise answer when they do eventually reply. PTG PTG Fees over $22,000 for mum's will

I just called the Public Trustee ACT, they said they couldn't help with my matter, and that I should contact the Law Society or Legal Aid. They know full well that Legal Aid have nothing to do with Estate matters, and yet referred me. The same with the Law Society, referred me to Legal Aid.
I believe these agencies apparently specialising in 'Legal' matters are deceiving the public, and are provided unethical advice.

If you want them to sort out a will dont bother, they'll tell you a whole lot of nothing and then not answer emails for week then claim it's not their fault for anything
