I can't recommend Purcell & Purcell highly enough! They've supported me through an estate matter after my dad's passing, helped me with buying my first home, and assisted with another personal matter over the past year. After reading over the reviews in addition to my families and my own experience with interactions with Purcell and Purcell staff, I would not be recommending their services to anyone I know. Emails left not responded to. Phone calls not returned. Getting any follow up information was like trying to herd a clowder of cats who have just been scared by a plastic bag blowing in the wind.

There are much better lawyers out there than purcell and purcell.

Sent them an email 9th, October and contacted purcell purcell. How rude they promised to return my call.

Years and years of experience and I felt it right from the start. I had a complex case with clients from Carlton VIC not paying in time and later not paying at all. P&P dealt with the debtors and their lawyers who took us to Victoria Small Business Commission where, thanks to P&P guidelines and information, I was able to retrieve 96% of my money. Also very good with property law to ease with investments we took around Geelong and Melbourne. Highly recommended

After everything they have done if I could give less then 1 star I would. They told me I was signing transfer of lease and slipped another document in for me to sign them have me a letter to say I signed transfer of lease only on that day the other document made it so I had to pay landlord legal fees, they r very rude on the phone and hung up in my partner's face, they tell u they will do something like with hold funds if things don't work and then they don't and now things don't work u have to spend more. They don't accept any of there mistakes everything is the clients fault. Also there cost agreement will trick u and have u paying sky high prices, the agent selling the business to me did 100% everything for me not these poor excuses for lawyers

I have been very disappointed with the service provided by Purcell & Purcell Lawyers. My family used them for probate on passing of our mother and then when selling her property. They sent the Section 32 paperwork to the wrong Selling agents. They were tardy in their response to questions and their documentation was poor with incorrect details included. The family had to chase them on a number of occasions regarding finalisation of settlement and release of funds. Their receptionist is rude.

I am not after advice. I simply want to know if you can help me make a will due to my circumstances and how much it will cost. Why do you need to charge me $550ph for that?
