If I could give a zero rating I would, absolutely hopeless, spread sheeted all my figures on accounting software program for them, and it has now been 9-10 months and nothing lodged, rang and emailed numerous times and usually no response, the couple of times they have rang back over the last 9 months they promised all was good and they were lodging asap. Checked with Tax Office and hey, no lodgement and no request for extension either. The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.

Qtax Clontarf has done my tax for around 30 years now (yes 30). In the 30 years I have only had 3 agents and this consistency with long term staff has been a blessing. Most of this time has been PAYG and more recently as self employed. I have often called over the years with money related questions and sometimes investment and superannuation questions. They have always given me the time to point me in the right direction. Thank guys and Di in particular.
